Order Acknowledgement
All orders and sample requests must be sent by FAX or mail to ensure accuracy. We do not accept phone orders. All orders will be processed and billed as per the details in our acknowledgement. All changes to the original purchase order must be in writing.
Production Time
 
  1. Standard production time is 8-10 working days upon paper proof/e-mail proof.
  2. Production begins on the day after reciept of purchase order, artwork approval notice, and credit card authorization agreement.
  3. Please contact factory for production time on OEM, ODM, and special import orders.
Price and Terms
 
  1. All prices are F.O.B. California, UNITIME warehouse.
  2. Net terms are available to customers with prior credit approval.
  3. All first orders must submit pre-payment with order.
  4. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  5. All prices are in accordance with this catalog.
  6. All prices shown in U.S dollars and all payments must be made in U.S. funds.
  7. We accept MasterCard ,Visa & American Express.
Shipping and Handling
 
  1. Ship time is not included in production time.
  2. Shipping Methods: Fedex or UPS. You may also use your own shipping account.
  3. Handling charge: $3.00(v) per carton.
  4. Oversea Shipment: $25.00(v) handling per location plus freight, duties and entry fees. Please call factory for details.
  5. C.O.D Shipments: $20.00(v) handling fee per carton plus freight.
Drop/Split Shipments
  $5.00(v) each location plus freight. F.O.B. California UNITIME warehouse. Please submit quantity per location in purchase order.
Imprint Method
  Silkscreen For Electronics
 
  1. Set-up charge: $45.00(v) per color/position/logo.
  2. Price include 1 color 1 position silkscreen imprint.
  3. For additional color or position, add a $45.00(V) set-up charge plus $0.35(v) running charge per piece.
  4. Repeat order Set-Up charge:$35.00(V) per color/location.
Laser Engraving For Engravable items
 
  1. Laser engraving Set-Up Charge: $55.00(v) per position.
  2. Laser engraving running charge please call factory for the details.
  3. Oxidization charge please call factory for the details.
  4. The oxidization color only available in black color.
PMS Color Match
 
  1. PMS color is a manual adjustment ,may not be 100 % accurate.
  2. Please add $20.00(v) to match PMS swatch.
  3. The standard PMS colors available at no extra charge.

Artwork Requirements
  E-MAIL ART WORK TO : artwork@unitimeusa.com in the following PC or MAC versions:
 
  • ILLUSTRATOR: EPS or AI formats (fonts converted to outlines)
  • PHOTOSHOP: EPS, TIFF
  • FREEHAND: EPS
  • SCANNED ART: 600 dpi or better
  • BLACK & WHITE ARTWORK: must be 400 % larger than actual size with PMS color for proper computer scanning.
  COPY OF ARTWORK: must be sent at time of e-mail with Purchase Order. Artwork is kept on file 1 year maximum for reorder.

Virtual Sample Service
  Free virtual samples are available for UNITIME products. Please e-mail the artwork to artwork@unitimeusa.com and marked Virtual Sample Service.
Sample Policy
  Purchase Order numbers are required for all sample orders. Sample orders must be Faxed to ensure accuracy. We do not accept by phone or verbal sample orders. All samples are shipped by UPS or FEDEX EXPRESS.(Please include your UPS or FEDEX Express account number) Samples are billed at end column price plus freight charges and are non-returnable.
Trademark Notice
  The logos, trademarks, designs and other imprints shown in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply an endorsement by holders of such trademarks or designs. They are not meant to be advertisements nor are these for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such trademarks or logo designs.
Over/Under-runs
  We make every effort to ship exact quantities. Unitime reserve the right to ship/invoice 5% over/under quantity ordered.
Packaging
  All items are pack in individual boxes with instructions. Pens are shipped bulk pack unless noted.
Warranty
  The warranty covers any defect in material. Battery excluded. 60 days limited warranty from the date of invoice. Return imprinted items may be replaced with no imprint items.
Return Goods
  Any defective merchandise must be report to us within 5 working days from receipt of merchandise. Return merchandise without authorization from UNITIME will not be accepted. We reserve the right to repair/replace only the quantity of merchandise returned to us. (All returns must be freight prepaid.)
